Carl Jung Riesling is a dry white non—alcoholic wine with excellent characteristics of real Riesling. It has a harmonious acidity and the aroma inherent in German Rhenish wines with citrus-apple tones. The wine is made by the classical method of fermentation of grapes, after which it is freed from alcohol using vacuum technology at a temperature of + 30 ° C. This approach does not degrade the taste of wine and leaves untouched delicate tannins, flavonoids anthocyanins and trace elements. Thanks to this, Riesling non-alcoholic wine does not differ in taste from alcoholic analogues.
