Yogurt “Zalessky Farmer” is made from whole natural milk. For fermentation, an original duo of starter microorganisms is used - thermophilic streptococcus and Bulgarian bacillus, which give the product a pure fermented milk, moderately sweet taste and a delicate creamy consistency. Yogurt has a high protein content and is packaged in convenient glasses.
