We grow Jerusalem artichoke on farmers' fields without the use of pesticides and mineral fertilizers, then we take it to the workshop, where we thoroughly wash, clean, cut and send it for processing, after which we get a unique syrup that enriches any food with healthy dietary fiber due to the high content of inulin and fructooligosaccharides in this root vegetable. Jerusalem artichoke syrup is a filtered extract obtained from fresh Jerusalem artichoke tubers that can be used in place of sugar in any recipe. Application: Add to drinks, cereals, salads and any dishes instead of sugar. It is used in the manufacture of confectionery, bakery, dairy and sauce products.
