Description
Broccoli is one of the subspecies of garden cabbage. Its spread began from the Eastern Mediterranean and Asia, so the cool climate is well suited for its growth. However, broccoli is not adapted to Russian frosts, because it needs coolness and dampness. In the Moscow region, this cabbage is not grown, because it is too troublesome. It is much more convenient to buy it. It is even more convenient to buy frozen broccoli: so it will always be at hand in winter and summer.
Frozen broccoli is not inferior to fresh, neither in taste nor in useful properties.
