The production uses fruits and berries that grow exclusively on the territory of Armenia and are fed with spring water from mountain springs. Caressed by the hot southern sun, they acquire a unique taste and aroma, which is one of the important elements of the quality of NOYAN products. The product is entirely made by hand, using traditional homemade recipes of Armenian cuisine. A wide range of compotes makes it possible to satisfy the tastes of the most picky gourmets. For the production of compote, only ripe, impeccable, high-quality fruits of certain varieties are selected, taking into account color, condition and other necessary parameters. The compote production process includes washing, inspection, grinding, and, if necessary, removal of seeds, which makes the product convenient for consumption and, most importantly, safe for children.
