Carl Jung Rose is a pink semi—dry non-alcoholic wine. Grenache and Savignon grape varieties are used for its production. The wine is characterized by a delicate aroma and fruity taste. The low calorie content of the drink (only 19 kCal / 100 ml) makes it a good choice for a healthy diet. The wine is made by the classical method of fermentation of grapes, after which it is freed from alcohol using vacuum technology at a temperature of + 30 ° C. This approach does not degrade the taste of wine and leaves untouched delicate tannins, flavonoids anthocyanins and trace elements. Thanks to this, the wine "Selection Rose" non-alcoholic in taste does not differ from alcoholic analogues.
