Description
Carl Jung Cuvee Red (Rot) is a semi—dry non-alcoholic red wine with a noticeable tannin. The Tempranillo grape variety is used for its production. Tempranillo is one of the most famous varieties of the Iberian Peninsula. Gives full-bodied red wines with a fruity aroma and relatively high tannins. "Cuvee Red" non-alcoholic has a low calorie content (19 kCal per 100 ml). It will be a great addition to fried or baked meat, pizza and pasta.
The wine is made by the classical method of fermentation of grapes, after which it is freed from alcohol using vacuum technology at a temperature of + 30 ° C. This approach does not degrade the taste of wine and leaves untouched delicate tannins, flavonoids anthocyanins and trace elements. Thanks to this, the wine "Cuvee Red" does not differ in taste from alcoholic analogues.
