In addition to vitamin C, vitamins A, B, D, and E are present in hot red pepper (they contribute to blood oxygen saturation). These vitamins also affect the reduction of cholesterol in the blood, i.e. protect against heart disease. Combining pepper with familiar dishes, you will increase the nutritional value of your diet.
