Description
Anise is an annual plant from the umbrella family, grows up to 50-60 cm in height.
The plant has branches in the form of small inflorescences-umbrellas. Anise flowers are white, small. The seeds are gray-green, shaped like an elongated egg, about 3 mm in size. First of all, they are distinguished from the fruits of other plants by a pleasant aroma and a specific spicy-sweet taste.
Production
The plant is grown in large quantities. Huge plantations are allocated for crops. Seeds, which can be purchased in our store, are classified as raw products, as they do not undergo heat treatment.
Properly harvested anise seeds are a real storehouse of useful substances and valuable components that have a beneficial effect on the human body. Anise seeds contain:

3. Vitamins of groups B, C, P
4. Useful trace elements

Application
