Description
Adjika dry is a traditional Caucasian seasoning with a moderately spicy taste and rich spicy aroma, which is used for cooking meat, poultry, first courses and vegetables. Dry adjika can be used both as a ready-made spice and for making classic adjika. The dry mix contains 12 ingredients: chili pepper, coriander, fenugreek, bay leaf, marjoram, basil, parsley, dill, turmeric, mustard seed, garlic and fennel.
