Palm olein is one of the fractions of palm oil with a high content of unsaturated fatty acids, which results in the separation of liquid particles (olein from solids)
This is a very popular product recently, which is extracted in Africa from the fruits of Guinean palms. It does not require special processing.
The melting point is low, it is about 19-23 degrees, and at 20 degrees the content of solid fats is about 9-10%.
Due to its characteristics, olein does not require additional processing, making it an excellent alternative to sunflower and soybean oils.
