This is a completely new product on the Russian market both by itself and by the way it is obtained. During production, only the traditional "KONOPLYANKA" cold pressing is used for oils. Thanks to this, polyunsaturated acids, natural flavonoids and terpenes, vitamins and minerals are preserved in the oil. In Konoplyanka oils, a modern low-temperature process of gentle refining with mechanical sorbents has been introduced into production, which makes it possible not to use chemical reagents and high temperatures for refining, as a result of which the product has a native fatty acid composition with a minimum amount of free fatty acids and other free radical particles. This allows you to store the oil longer and use it at higher temperatures: now it is suitable not only for cold salads and sauces, but can be widely used in hot kitchens, for passivation and short frying, adding when preparing stews, but, of course, with the exception of any processes that require its repeated use, such as, for example, deep-frying.
